Recently I had to solder some pcb panels which I had designed.
I made a time lapse movie to show how I soldered the pcb’s.

For this project I used a solderpaste stencil to add the solder to the pcb’s.
This is actually a lot like screen printing.
I then placed all components on the pcb one at a time with tweezers.

When the panels were fully populated I used my small reflow oven to solder the components in place.

A bit of quality control and reworking afterwards and even my tiny 2x2mm part with 12 pins! was soldered correctly.
