When you open up products 8 out of 10 times you will find electronics inside. You can imagine I got interested in these electronic components and how they worked.
During high-school I joined a club called ‘the young researchers’ where I could practice building electronic circuits.
Also at home I was often busy with electronics. I even made my own PCB-boards. It was no wonder that after my high-school (gymnasium(vwo)) I decided to study electronics in the city Hilversum in the hope to become an inventor.

The education was fine, I learned a lot of new things and especially liked to calculate with electronic circuits.
But it lacked something…
It was only about the electronic component of products and not about creating products.
I finished the first year and decided to switch to the Technical University of Delft to become an Industrial Design Engineer.
